Why the desk exists
Most applications disappear into a portal. We built this one the other way round: you send an email, a recruiter reads it, and you get an answer with the client, the shift and the pay range attached. Nothing about that needs an account, a profile or an upload.
We work the Phoenix metro for on-site and hybrid roles, and we recruit nationally for remote work. The three modes on our home page — remote, part-time, full-time — are the same three questions we ask first, because the hours decide everything else.
