JASO Work That Fits Your Life

Questions, answered

How applications work, and exactly what the optional text message programme does and does not do. Still stuck? Email [email protected].

Roles & applications

How do I apply for a role?

Email [email protected] with the exact role title in the subject line — for example “Remote Data Entry Specialist”. Add a short note on your availability and the shift you want.

A recruiter replies with the client, the shift and the next step. There is no account to create and nothing to upload.

Does applying cost anything?

No. Candidates never pay JASO. We are paid by the client team that hires, which is why there is no checkout anywhere on this site.

Are the remote roles open outside Phoenix?

The remote roles on our careers page are open US-wide. On-site and hybrid roles are in the Phoenix metro, and each listing says which it is.

How current are the openings?

The careers page carries the roles on the desk right now. When a role is filled it comes down, and if you have opted in to text alerts we tell you when a matching one opens.

Text messages

Do I have to sign up for text messages?

No. The SMS checkbox on the updates page is optional, it is unticked by default, and leaving it unticked still lets you submit the form. Consent is never a condition of applying for a role.

What will you text me about?

Job opening alerts, application status updates, interview reminders and scheduling, and new assignment and onboarding updates — plus marketing and promotional messages about job opportunities.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How do I stop the texts?

Reply STOP to any message and you are unsubscribed immediately. Reply HELP for help, or contact the desk by email or phone.

Will you share my mobile number?

No. We will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. The full wording is in the Privacy Policy and the SMS Terms.
