These terms govern your use of jasosmi.com, operated by JASO SMI LLC (“JASO”, “we”). By using the site or sending us a message, you agree to them.
What this site is
JASO is a staffing agency. This website describes the role families we recruit for and the openings currently on our desk. It is an information and enquiry site: there is no checkout, no payment, and nothing to buy. Candidates never pay us — we are paid by the client team that hires.
Applications and enquiries
- Applications are made by email. Sending one does not create a contract of employment, and it does not guarantee an interview or a placement.
- Role descriptions, shifts and locations are supplied by client teams and can change or close without notice.
- You confirm that the information you send us is accurate, and that you are entitled to work in the location the role specifies.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit other people's information without their permission.
- Do not send sensitive identifiers — government ID numbers, dates of birth or financial account details — through this website.
- Do not use the forms to send bulk, automated or misleading messages.
SMS Communications
This section covers the text message programme operated by JASO SMI LLC under the JASO name.
- How you opt in. You enter your mobile number on our updates page and, separately, tick the optional consent checkbox. That box is unticked by default, is not required to submit the form, and consent is not a condition of purchase or of applying for any role.
- What we send. Recurring automated text messages about job opportunities, including marketing and promotional messages, job opening alerts, application status updates, interview reminders and scheduling, and new assignment and onboarding updates.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use this site and apply for any role without agreeing to receive text messages.

Intellectual property
The text, layout and graphics on this site belong to JASO SMI LLC unless stated otherwise. You may share links to it freely.
Limits
We keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we provide it as it is, without warranties. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a role listing, or for the acts of a client team.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page changes when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update.
